Mr. Decker is the founder of E5 Therapy. He was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and immediately after high school graduation he joined the United States Marine Corps. While deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, he realized how much his Marines needed emotional and mental health support. Returning home, he completed a Bachelor of Sociology degree and a Master of Social Work degree. He is now a license clinical social worker in Northern California, focused on helping Veterans achieve their mental health goals.
Kimberly joined the E5 therapy team in August 2021. She is an active duty military spouse and has enjoyed moving around the country meeting new people. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology. Kimberly has been working as a Mental Health Provider since 2015. She holds a license in Professional Counseling and enjoys helping clients find peace and healing. Kimberly enjoys working with all clients including Children, Couples, Families, Active Duty and Veterans.
Jennifer joined the E5 therapy team in November 2022.
Samantha joined E5 Therapy in October 2022, as an intern from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, working toward her Masters in Counseling Psychology. Sam was born and raised in Northern California and joined the Air Force in 2010. After five deployments and 9 1/2 years of service she separated and completed her undergrad at UC Davis. She came to love the mental health field after taking on additional duties in the AF as a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate and Resiliency Training Instructor for incoming Airman.
Michael joined E5 in June 2022 as the Administrative Coordinator and is the current Operations Manager. He has a Bachelor's degree in Canine Studies, and is a Retired Army Diesel Mechanic. He served in the Army, the California National Guard, and is a Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. His passion for working in a Veteran's Service Organization keeps him motivated to find creative ways to fill the service gap that Veterans need on a day to day basis.
Lisa joined the E5 Therapy team in April of 2021 as our contracted insurance billing director and will be starting as a full-time employee as of January 2023. She began her career in medical billing in 2013 attending Savannah technical college in Georgia while her husband was on active duty. She holds both a CPB(Certified Professional Biller) and a CPC(Certified Professional Coder) certifications. Her experience and knowledge of the medical billing industry has been a tremendous asset to E5 Therapy. She enjoys cycling, decorating cakes, and training her two puppies, Teddy and Riley.
