ESA's have limited rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. These rights include access to housing. ESA's do not have public access rights to things like restaurants, or medical facilities. To learn more click the link below.
*Payment of fees does not guarantee a letter in support of an ESA. Evaluations are the professional opinion of the evaluator, who is ethically responsible to give an accurate and honest evaluation. The Board of Behavioral Science requires that a client be seen for a minimum of 30 days before a Mental Health professional can provide an ESA Letter.
**E5 Therapy provides professional documentation, but holds no liability for the behaviors or actions of a client or a canine in their care. The liability rests solely with the client.
***Ensuring best practice requires clients be seen regularly to keep the documentation valid. Documents are reissued yearly to keep ESAs with their people, in their homes.
