Sarah is aware of the effects a demanding career can have on individuals and their relationships.Sarah is particularly enthusiastic about providing therapy for individuals who love pets, as well as
working with couples. She welcomes all with compassion and understanding, with the overarching goal of helping her clients find contentment, and actualize living their most authentic, joyful lives.

Beatriz is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. She currently serves in the United States Air Force Reserves having served now for eight years and deployed.

In addition to her military service, Beatriz has worked as a police officer in the Bay Area for the past five years. Within her Agency, she serves as a Hostage Negotiator and is also a member of the Crisis Intervention Team, where she works directly with individuals experiencing mental health crises. Through her work in law enforcement and the military, she has developed extensive experience operating in high-stress situations that require calm decision-making, communication, and empathy.
These experiences have shaped her commitment to helping individuals navigate difficult moments and improve their mental health and well-being.
Beatriz’s clinical approach is trauma-informed and grounded in her experience working in high-stress environments. She also uses a solution-focused approach that helps clients identify their strengths and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

John has a business background but has wanted to go into mental health because he has seen the value in having healthy mental health and has also experienced first hand how a person can transform into a better version of themselves.
